Terms
of Use.

These terms govern your use of the Venturs website and the ways you apply for, access, or participate in Venturs community activity.

Last updated 7 August 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By using this website, sending an application, or participating in a Venturs activity, you agree to these terms and any clearly stated event or participation rules that apply. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms.

2. What Venturs provides

Venturs is an application-based community for founders, investors, finance leaders, and operators. The website provides information about the community, membership, and gatherings. Community formats, availability, admission criteria, locations, and benefits may change as the founding programme develops.

3. Applications and membership

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, a response within a particular time, an invitation to an event, or access to any person, opportunity, or capital. Venturs may accept, decline, pause, or request more context on an application at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Any membership terms, fees, duration, or additional commitments will be disclosed before you are asked to commit.

The application form prepares an email draft on your device. You are responsible for reviewing and sending it, and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and lawful to share.

4. Community conduct

You must act lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith. You must not harass others, discriminate, misrepresent your identity or interests, use the community for unsolicited selling, scrape or compile participant information, record a private session without permission, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorised access.

Relevant commercial, investment, or personal interests should be disclosed when they could affect how others understand your contribution. Venturs may remove a person from an event or community activity, or restrict future participation, where reasonably necessary to protect participants or community standards.

5. Confidentiality and introductions

Unless a host clearly says otherwise, treat non-public participant identities, affiliations, remarks, and materials shared in a private Venturs setting as confidential. Do not attribute, publish, record, or distribute them without the relevant person’s explicit permission.

Venturs encourages responsible participation but cannot guarantee the conduct, confidentiality, identity, expertise, or statements of another participant. Consider what you disclose and perform your own checks before acting on an introduction.

6. No professional advice or transaction offer

Website and community content is general information and peer discussion, not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, employment, or other professional advice. Venturs does not guarantee any outcome, funding, investment, introduction, return, or business result. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement of a security, investment, transaction, or service. Obtain independent professional advice and make your own decisions.

7. Gatherings

Event information may change, and a gathering may be postponed, relocated, moved online, or cancelled. Attendance may be limited or subject to separate venue, guest, payment, recording, health, safety, or conduct terms disclosed before attendance. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, you are responsible for your own travel, equipment, insurance, and other participation costs.

8. Content and intellectual property

The Venturs name, logo, website design, editorial content, and original materials are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site and make a reasonable personal copy for non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, frame, republish, or commercially exploit Venturs materials without prior written permission, except where law expressly allows it.

You retain ownership of content you send. You give Venturs permission to use that content only as reasonably needed to review your application, respond to you, administer relevant community activity, protect the community, and comply with law. Do not send content that you do not have the right to share.

9. Third-party services and links

Email applications, hosting infrastructure, venues, video platforms, and external links may be operated by third parties under their own terms. Venturs is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Review their terms before using them.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access or that all information is complete, current, or error-free. We may correct, remove, suspend, or change website content or community activity without notice where reasonable.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and community information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied guarantees. Venturs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or decisions made in reliance on general website or community discussion. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

12. Ending access

You may stop using the website or participating at any time. Venturs may suspend or end access where these terms or community standards are breached, where safety or legal concerns arise, or where an activity is discontinued. Provisions concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, and responsibility continue where their nature requires it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the community develops. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it, to the extent permitted by law. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@venturs.tech. Membership applications and event-place requests should go to membership@venturs.tech.
