Venturs Forum is not an open directory or a content subscription. It organises events where founders, investors, finance leaders and operators discuss a defined company question.
The model is cross-functional because the work is connected: financing affects the hiring plan, hiring changes runway, and changes to the operating model affect both. Participants contribute from the part of that system they know directly.

A decision in one function
changes another.
A fundraising timetable can delay or accelerate hiring. A revised hiring plan changes cash needs. A change in team structure alters costs, accountability and delivery.
Venturs Forum puts those dependencies at the centre of the discussion. The aim is not consensus or a promised outcome; it is a specific exchange between people responsible for different parts of the same problem.

Members can suggest subjects for future events. A suggestion does not guarantee that an event will be organised.
